Educational context
Attention concerns can affect school, work, relationships, and daily routines in different ways. An evaluation looks at those patterns in the context of your broader history.
How Mood Institute discusses this pathway
Mood Institute evaluates ADHD and attention-related concerns as part of comprehensive psychiatric care after fit and availability review.
This page can help you prepare for that conversation; diagnosis and treatment planning happen during clinical care.
What evaluation may involve
Evaluations commonly review developmental and clinical history, current symptoms, functioning, co-occurring mood or anxiety concerns, and prior treatments. Collateral history and standardized measures may be used when clinically useful.
When to seek immediate help
This service is not an emergency resource. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, call 911 or use an appropriate crisis service now.
