Medical Director · Founder

Site Principal Investigator

Dr. Lisa Harding is Medical Director and Founder of Mood Institute and Site Principal Investigator for its clinical research. A board-certified psychiatrist and Assistant Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Yale, she leads interventional psychiatry programs for complex mood disorders in Milford and Southport, CT. She has completed more than 8,000 interventional procedures.

Terrell Holloway, MD

Interventional Psychiatry Trauma Specialist

Site Sub-Investigator

Dr. Terrell Holloway is Interventional Psychiatry Trauma Specialist at Mood Institute, serving as Site Sub-Investigator and backup rater as delegated. He is a Clinical Instructor at Yale and a licensed physician; ABPN examination is registered, expected September 2026. He practices in Milford and Southport, CT, focusing on trauma-informed mood care.

In this non-clinical role he supports regulatory folders, delegation of authority records, training documentation, Advarra workflows, site readiness, prior authorization, and revenue cycle across Milford and Southport, CT. Clinical decisions remain with licensed clinicians.
